I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Yes, TakingITGlobal can help me to achieve some of my goals; actually it has already. TIG has provided me with an outlet to express my ideas to young people worldwide. I am able to learn about other cultures by getting involved in projects. That helps me to see what other youth are doing out there.
